By using the services provided by Watch the Poops, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Service Area
Our services are available in select areas. The service area is defined by ZIP codes or geographic boundaries within our operational zone. If you’re outside this area, please contact us to inquire about availability.
3. Service Description
Watch the Poops offers pet waste removal, deodorizing, sanitization, and related services for residential and commercial properties. Service frequency options include weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time cleanups, depending on your needs.
4. Payment Terms
Payments for services are due after each visit unless otherwise arranged in advance. We accept various forms of payment, including credit and debit cards.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule a service, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to correct the issue at no additional charge.
7. Access to Property
You are responsible for ensuring that our technicians have clear access to the areas needing service. If your property is gated, please ensure that gates are unlocked, or provide us with the necessary access instructions.
8. Pet Safety and Behavior
For the safety of our technicians, please ensure that pets are properly secured during service visits. If pets are left outside, we ask that they be kept in a safe area where they will not interfere with our technicians. Watch the Poops is not responsible for any pet behavior or accidents that occur during service.
9. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. Any personal or property information provided to Watch the Poops will only be used for the purpose of performing services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
10. Liability
Watch the Poops is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur on your property during our service. We take precautions to ensure safety during service visits, but it is the client’s responsibility to ensure the property is safe and secure.
11. Service Interruptions
Watch the Poops will make every effort to perform services as scheduled. However, services may be delayed or rescheduled due to inclement weather, unforeseen circumstances, or events outside of our control.
12. Price Adjustments
Watch the Poops reserves the right to adjust pricing for services periodically. Any price changes will be communicated to you before your next service. Recurring customers will be notified in advance of any rate changes.
13. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate our services if you fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions, if payment is not made in a timely manner, or if we are unable to access your property due to safety concerns or other issues.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
